You can delete your MEMBH Healthcare account at any time through the mobile app:

1. Open the MEMBH Healthcare mobile app
2. Tap on Profile tab
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Read the confirmation message carefully
5. Enter your password to confirm
6. Tap Delete My Account to proceed

When you delete your account, the following data will be removed:

• Your account credentials (email, password)
• Personal profile information (name, contact details)
• App preferences and settings
• Notification subscriptions and FCM tokens
• Saved addresses and emergency contacts

Due to legal and regulatory requirements in Bahrain, we are required to retain certain medical records:

• Medical Records: Diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, lab results (retained for 7 years as per Bahrain healthcare regulations)
• Billing & Insurance: Payment records and insurance claims (retained for 5 years for tax/audit purposes)
• Legal Documentation: Consent forms and agreements (retained as required by law)

These records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for legitimate purposes.
