• Appointments must be booked through our official channels (website, mobile app, or phone)
• You must provide accurate personal and medical information
• Appointment confirmation is subject to doctor availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in appointment rescheduling
• No-show appointments may incur a cancellation fee

• Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by insurance
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance
• Insurance coverage is subject to your policy terms and approval
• Patients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance
• All fees are quoted in Bahraini Dinar (BHD)
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials securely
• Do not share your account with others
• The app requires internet connection and compatible device
• Push notifications may be sent for appointments and health updates
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies
• App features and availability may change without notice

MEMBH Healthcare provides medical services to the best of our ability, but:

• We are not liable for technical issues, app downtime, or data transmission errors
• Medical advice provided is based on information you supply - accuracy is your responsibility
• In case of medical emergencies, call 999 or visit the nearest emergency room
• Our services do not replace in-person medical consultations when required

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and mobile app. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
